"Safe, Happy and Fast" were the three things that the members of the original Team Seven first hoped that they could achieve during the Wrong Way Circumnavigation by sail.

A week after they had all met for the first time, they locked themselves away in a classroom at the Hayling Island Sailing Club and talked about what they hoped to achieve during their time together.

They hoped to understand what they were looking for collectively.

In 'Safe Happy Fast', Rich Parson tells his tale from aboard a 72 foot sailing yacht, Stelmar, whilst he and seventeen other people crewed one of twelve identical racing yachts around the planet in a 36,000 nautical mile adventure.
